Husky Liners WeatherBeater Custom Cargo Liner Review - 2015 Infiniti QX60

Rob here at etrailer.com and today we're going to be taking a look at the Husky Liners Weather Beater custom cargo liner on our 2015 Infiniti QX60.Now everybody wants to keep their vehicle clean and the cargo area is no different. We have carpet back here, you want to make sure it's protected and our Husky Liners are going to make sure that we're going to have all that debris, dirt or anything else that we have back here, it's going to stay off the carpet and on the mat. With our Husky Liners, we're going to have this raised edge and it's going to go all the way around so it's going to contain everything on the mat and we're not going to have to worry about any kind of seepage or going over the edge and getting on the carpet. And you can see the entire mat is going to have these ribs and channels and those ribs are meant to elevate anything we have on here up just enough so that if we do have water, they're not going to be sitting in it and the channels will divert the water away from the gear. Now one thing I really like about these mats, if we come to this end section here, we have this little square section can actually cut that out and use our factory tie down hooks. That will not only give us easier access to it so we don't have to fold it up to use it every time, but it will also help keep the mat in place. Now the mats are going to be made out of a rubberized thermoplastic, which most all weather mats are, but that's going to assure us that we can put anything back here because it's going to be resistant to most automotive chemicals like oil, gasoline, and even road salts. Now one thing a lot of customers have mentioned about the Husky Liners, which I really like, is that they are softer than most all weather mats. more

Husky Liners WeatherBeater Custom Cargo Liner Review - 2014 Infiniti QX60

Today on our 2014 Infiniti QX60 we're going to be doing a test fit on the Husky Liners Weather Beater Custom Cargo Liner. It's available in tan with part number HL26653, it's also available in black with part number HL26651. To begin our test fit it's a good idea to remove your factory cargo liner, and you want to be sure and vacuum up any dirt or debris that might be in the way. Then we can bring in our new Husky Liner, we'll push it all the way up behind the second row, tuck down the corners, and then just push it in place, and line it up with the notches at the back. It features a raised containment wall surrounding the perimeter, you can see how it goes all the way up and then just behind the seats, and then back around to the back. You can see how it's even raised here at the threshold, and that's going to prevent any messes from spilling out onto our carpet. The whole thing features raised channels, this is going to help divert that dirt and debris, and even water off of our gear. It even features cutout options for our utility hooks. The whole thing is made out of a rubberized thermal plastic material so it'll help grip your carpet, and it's designed to withstand most hazardous chemicals. more
